Purchase Policy
1. Currency.
The cost of each ticket for an event held in the US is expressed in US dollars. For events held in Canada, all ticket prices are listed in Canadian dollars.
2. Payment Methods
We acknowledge a few strategies for installment to oblige your requirements, including (among others) American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Find, and, for qualifying occasions, Mtickhub and Live Country gift vouchers or potentially Mtickhub Ticket Cash®
3. Who You Are Buying From
We serve as an agency for those who provide events, including leagues, promoters, teams, venues, performers, and fan groups (the "Event Organizer"). As part of our services agreement with the event organizer, we may occasionally own a small quantity of tickets, but usually speaking, we sell tickets on behalf of the event organizer. We, at Mtickhub LLC, will take care of the transaction and pay the event organizer when you buy a ticket for an event that takes place in the United States. When you buy a ticket for an event taking place in Canada, the payment processing and handling will be done by Mtickhub Canada Ltd. on behalf of the Event Organizer. When you buy a resale ticket via our website, you are buying it from either (a) a reseller who isn't the event organizer, like other supporters, season ticket holders, or experienced resellers, or (b) the event organizer in some situations. Tickets that are purchased outside of our website through unapproved sources run the risk of being misplaced, stolen, or counterfeit, in which case they are null and worthless.
4. Pricing and Availability
We do not set ticket prices or select seating locations because we sell tickets on behalf of Event Organizers. The face value of a ticket is typically set by the event organizer. Websites, mobile apps, and box offices are all common distribution points for ticket sales. The majority of distribution points typically have access to the same inventory and ticketing system; Consequently, it's possible that popular events' tickets will sell out quickly. Prior to the event, additional tickets may occasionally be available. However, neither this inventory nor its availability are under our control. For additional information regarding ticket availability, see our FAQ section.In a similar vein, we enable ticket resale transactions by third parties but do not control ticket prices or assign seats for such resale tickets. Please be advised that resale tickets are frequently listed on our website for sale at rates higher than when they were first purchased. As a result, the price you pay for resale tickets could be significantly more than the face value printed on them.
5. Order Confirmation and Processing
When we send you an email or confirmation page (an "Order Confirmation"), we consider your order complete. It is your responsibility to check your account to see if your order has been placed if you do not receive an Order Confirmation, receive an error message, or experience a service interruption after submitting payment information. Only you can possibly be aware of any issues that might arise during the buying process. If you believe an order was not placed because you did not receive confirmation, we will not be held liable for any losses—monetary or otherwise. Concerning the purchase of resale tickets from TicketExchangebyMtickhub.com: We will send you an email letting you know that we have received your ticket request as soon as you submit it. Prices and availability of tickets are not confirmed by this. It only indicates that we have received your ticket request and are working to get the tickets you requested. We will charge your credit card or other method of payment used at the time of purchase once the requested tickets have been secured, and we will send you an Order Confirmation confirming that we have purchased the tickets on your behalf and that your request has been completed. A copy of your invoice ought to be sent to you as well. The delivery update serves as your confirmation until the electronic ticket is delivered in some cases. Even if we do not send you an Order Confirmation, a finalized invoice, or an email with an update on the status, your order may still be complete. Please get in touch with us to check on your order if you haven't heard from us or only received confirmation that we received your ticket request. If we have not contacted you, you should never make any assumptions about the order's status. Due to issues with email reception, orders cannot be cancelled.
6. Service Fees, Order Processing Fees, Taxes, and Shipping Charges
A service fee per ticket and a processing fee per order are two common fees that may apply to tickets purchased on our website. You may be able to avoid paying our service fee by purchasing tickets directly from the venue's box office in some cases. State and local laws mandate that we collect taxes. We can show the tax separately or add it to the total of the service fee. There may be a fee for shipping or delivery in many cases. The delivery location and shipping method are taken into account when calculating any shipping or delivery costs. Please be aware that the order processing fee and the delivery fee may not accurately reflect the cost of delivering or processing your order, and in some instances, these fees may include Mtickhub's profit. Additionally, a per-ticket service fee and a per-order processing fee typically apply to resale tickets. Some resale tickets are taxed in accordance with state and local laws. We either display the tax separately or include it in the total amount of the service fee. It's possible that order processing fees and service fees will change.
7. Account, Order, and Billing Information Verification
All account and order information must be accurate and must be verified. After verification of the billing address associated with your credit card and other billing information, orders are processed subject to credit card approval. Cancellation is possible at any time for orders placed or attempted to be placed with account information that is found to be false, misleading, incorrect, or incomplete, or that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder. Examples of such information include name, address, email address, phone number, IP address, and other account or billing information. Additionally, we reserve the right to sell your tickets to another customer without prior notice if your order is canceled for any of the aforementioned reasons.
8. Delivery Options
The country in which you live, the venue or country where the event is to be held, whether the event is in person or virtual, how much time is left before the event starts, whether it is the holiday season, and the nature of the demand for the event may all influence the various combinations of delivery methods that are available. The Event Provider chooses the delivery options, which can be different for each event. During the purchase process, please carefully review the available delivery options. We can only ship tickets to the billing address we have on file for the payment method you used to make your purchase in order to protect your information. In most cases, one or more of the following delivery options may be provided: Mobile - for events in Canada or the United States. US Mail: for events in the United States or Canada, but only if you place your ticket order in time to receive your tickets, which will be sent via USPS First Class Mail, before the event's date. We do not offer US Mail delivery within ten days of an event date as a result. If the event is in the United States, you can only use this delivery method if you have a billing address in the United States or Canada.
Print-at-Home is available for events that take place in either the United States or Canada. Will Call - for events that take place in either Canada or the United States. Courier Delivery is available only to customers with a billing address in Canada for events that take place in the country. For events that take place in the United States, expedited delivery is available only to customers who provide a billing address in the United States. Shipping to APO/FPO Addresses: Tickets for events in the United States can be sent via US mail to an Armed Forces billing address. You can also select other event-specific delivery options. A P.O. Box or APO/FPO address cannot be delivered to by expedited delivery orders. Regarding the delivery of tickets purchased from TicketExchangebyMtickhub.com, a special note: There are two types of ticket listings on TicketExchange: a) tickets marked as "instant delivery" (typically emailed to you shortly after you place your order); and (b) tickets that belong to the reseller but cannot be delivered right away (the listing specifies a specific delivery date).
9. Pricing and Other Errors
If you are able to order a ticket before its scheduled on-sale or presale date, or if you are able to order a ticket that was not supposed to be released for sale, we have the right to cancel that ticket (or the order for that ticket) and refund you the amount that you paid. This applies regardless of whether the incorrect amount is due to an error in a price posted on the Site or otherwise communicated to you. This is true regardless of whether the error was caused by human error or a transactional issue with the Site or another system operated by Mtickhub. In the event of errors of this kind, neither you nor anyone else will be responsible for any travel or other costs. We reserve the right to charge the original method of payment utilized at the time of purchase in the event that a refund is processed in error or exceeds the amount originally paid.
10. Multiple Browser Windows
When placing an online ticket order with us, please ensure that you use only one browser window to search for tickets and complete the transaction. Using multiple browser windows to look up tickets could result in the loss of your tickets, errors during the purchase process, or the timer running out.
